Glenn Mendoza – Principal
Glenn brings a true entrepreneurial spirit and track record of corporate ownership as the president of MAG. NUB Alliances, is also a residential real estate strategy acquisition, rehab and disposition company that has completed 20 transactions From Land trusts, to fix and flips, Glenn has performed a superior job for his company and investors. In addition, he has also founded Cabinet Brothers who designs, and supplies cabinet solutions for commercial industrial and residential uses. They have an expansive showroom in Downers Grove, Illinois and manufacture commercial products in Aurora, Illinois.
Glenn recently sold Tru Cal International laboratories Inc. which he founded in 1992. Tru Cal had several primary calibration and repair laboratories for traceable calibrations and certifications of state of the art electronic, RF, Fiber and physical/mechanical test equipment. Glenn marketed and expanded the leasing and sales division into over 35 countries. Having worked with and consulted to companies Lockheed Martin, Motorola, General Dynamics with both technical and quality related systems makes Glenn a valued addition the team.
Carl Schurtzinger– Principal
Carl is also the principal at Hilltop Realty Advisors (HRA) management group, directly involved in sourcing acquisitions, financing, dispositions and fund management. Carl is also President of Zinger Property Group, the property management arm for Hilltop Realty Advisors. Mr. Schirtzinger started in Multifamily real estate in the mid 1990’s, His experience has grown from owning and managing small properties in the western Chicago suburbs into a mid‐sized company that has owned and managed over 3,700 units and 2500 units in the Storage asset class with up to 50 employees in multiple states. Using his engineering background as the catalyst, Mr. Schirtzinger has put in place a professional team that uses state‐of‐the‐art technology to manage and monitor every aspect of Zinger’s business. Carl has also worked with industry leading technology providers to design and pilot new systems and technologies specific to the multifamily industry. Carl received his engineering education from Phoenix College and Illinois Institute of Technology and has his Illinois Managing Brokers license. Carl also spent years as an engineering manager utilizing his skill sets at companies such as Fermi National Accelerator Laboratories, AEL and General Electric in both software, management and high level technical positions.
Dr.Rose Tang – Principal
Background in operation management and strategies with a Fortune 50 company, she has demonstrated exceptional management & interpersonal skills. Her former vice president wrote “She takes on any challenges with very high intelligence, passion, efficiency & performance. She does this all with a wonderful & positive attitude that breeds teamwork in all who she comes in contact with.” She is known to her peers as motivated, personable, detailed oriented with excellent team building skills & common sense. Rose has been a real estate investor for over 15 years . Her portfolio includes 7 apartment complexes (1,280 units) in California, Texas, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, condo unit in Oregon & a vacation property in Michigan. Her property manager wrote “Rose has been a great owner to work with. She has been very responsive to any requests we have made….” Her mortgage banker called her “the ultimate executive professional.” Rose received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Doctorate in Pharmacy from University of Florida-Gainesville. Rose has demonstrated expertise in execution of strategies & implementation of processes to streamline operation efficiencies. She brings her analytical, financial, technical and leadership skills to the partnership.
Nathan Reichard- Principal
Nathan has been involved with commercial Real Estate for over 8 years in a wide range of capacities such as but not limited to: Capital Markets, Acquisition, Property Management, Investment Sales and Business development. Nathan currently owns Reichard Holdings LLC, which is a series LLC and main purpose is to acquire Real Estate Assets. Under Reichard Holdings, LLC, Nathan owns with partners 275 units in a variety of asset classes (Self-Storage, Multi-Family, Office, Warehouse & Single Family). Nathan currently works with the Investment Bank Cantor Fitzgerald on the Commercial Real Estate branch known as Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. At Newmark, Nathan serves on the Tenant & Transaction Advisory Teams. Prior to working with Cantor Fitzgerald, Nathan Founded BeCubed Storage Holdings LLC, which is a self-storage platform making Acquisitions & Third Party Management Services based in Chicago, IL. Becubed Storage now has 293Units and growing. Nathan is responsible for acquisitions, investor relations, business development and growth strategies for BeCubed Storage, LLC.
