• Class “A”, “B” and “C” significant value-added to maximize appreciation
• Multifamily residential apartment communities
• Minimum size—200 plus apartment homes.
• Age—depending on condition and updates
• Utilities—individually metered preferred whenever possible
• Roofs—pitched construction preferred
• Minimum occupancy—70% -- Property must be well located and have a value-add
(forced appreciation) opportunity.
• Quality property, but will consider some deferred maintenance
